RAKSHA is very proud to introduce SWR uPVC pipes and fittings for soil, waste and rain water under the brand name: DUROfit for
commercial, industrial, housing and public sector developments.
RAKSHA with its quality and innovativeness has two brands for soil, waste and rain drainage namely DUROfit & CEMfit pipes and fittings
suitable for all type of commercial & domestic installations.
RAKSHA offers soil, waste and rain plumbing systems. These systems offer installation options with high quality finish, superior
dimensional accuracy and stability. These products are completely suitable for all types of commercial and domestic installations.
We offer fully accredited product systems. RAKSHA DUROfit is manufactured as per IS-13592 and IS-14735 in 75, 90, 110 and 160mm. RAKSHA CEMfit is manufactured as per IS-13592 & IS-13592(with amendments). These systems are available in 75mm, 90mm,
110mm & 160mm in solvent and ring/washer type.
These pipes are extruded on state-of-art extruders that ensures dimensional accuracy of the product and are socketed on online belling
machines ensuring the highest degree of dimensional accuracy and product strength. The fittings are manufactured in collapsible core
moulds that ensure the straight sharp finish of the groove. In combination RAKSHA SWR Systems offer unparalleled strength,
dimensional accuracy and product finish that provides a quality, leak proof, maintenance free and long lasting solution to the customer.

| ABOUT DUROfit: |

RAKSHA DUROfit pipes & fittings are manufactured as per IS 13592 and IS 14735.
This piping system comes with a pre-fitted yellow black ring (Duro Ring) in the groove, thus insuring a complete leak proof joint.
This system is joined by simply pushing the spigot end into the socketed. This system does not require any threading or solvent cementing. The spigot end is held firmly in the socket with the help of “Duro Ring”. It can withstand high pressure rates and ensures complete leak proof joints. This system is made as per international standards on high tech new generation machines, ensuring unparalleled performance, strength, durability and finishing. The advanced “Duro Ring” not only enables thermal expansion and contraction of plastics but also provides complete leak proof joints and are capable to withstand high pressure. Since the joints are not fixed by the usage of solvent cements, it can be reopened later for the purpose of realignment or adjustment of pipes / fittings. |

RAKSHA LUBRICANT
RAKSHA DUROfit pipes and fittings are fitted with the
help of RAKSHA SWR lubricant. For faster plumbing
and leak proof joints, we trongly recommend the
use of only RAKSHA Lubricants.

| ABOUT DURO RING: |
|
RAKSHA is proud to introduce a new product named DUROfit under its able wings. RAKSHA DUROfit SWR system has a seal
that ensures complete leak proof system is in place. This seal is named “Duro Ring”. The yellow black seal (Duro Ring) holds itself
permanently in the groove and doesn't fall out. The rubber ring ensures leak proof joints and helps compensate for the thermal
expansion and contraction of plastics.
RAKSHA ensures that “Duro Ring” is at par with the International Standards.
FEATURES:
- It is being made with the advanced co-moulding technology.
- It consists of a plastic reinforced rubber ring which holds the Duro Ring
in groove properly, thus ensuring 100% leak proof joints.
- It also gives the power to the joints to withstand high pressure flow rates.
- Unlike conventional rubber rings which slip out of the groove during installation,
the Duro Ring holds itself and stays attached to the groove by the plastic
reinforcement that enables the joints to become 100% leak proof.
